 AIVOT Capital Trust is an AIF Cat-2 house at 1637 & 1638 Signature Building, IFSC, Gift City along with it's fund manager AIVOT Growth Advisors LLP. It's a joint initiative of AIVOT and David Blum (Investor and Business Leader) from USA.

AIVOT Capital Trust has launched AIVOT Capital Fund with total corpus of US$ 150 Million with an extension of US$ 50 Million under scheme 1, taking David Blum as sole sponsor. We are closely working with other key investors from USA for scheme -2 & 3 to take our total corpus over US$ 500 Million in next 3-4 years time. Our primary focus is India for investment and growth, however open for lucrative opportunities overseas as well

• Pradeep Gupta - Managing Partner (With over 34 Years of experience in Government of India Including  Ministry of Finance focused on Financial services & Disinvestment) 
• Alok Kumar Tiwari - Managing Partner & Fund Manager (With over 19 Years of professional experience which includes Merger & Acquisition as well as Financial and Strategic Advisor) 
• Nidhi - Fund Manager (MBA Finance with over 10 years of experience in Financial Planning, Invesment Strategy and Fund Management)
